Hey ya'll, I'm Maddie. I'm 6 feet even and I'm turning 17 on December 6th. I play volleyball and basketball. I'm the middle child of 5 kids. The oldest is 19 and the youngest is 11. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints...also known as a Mormon *le gasp* I'm trying out new styles while I have the time. Umm random facts about me....umm I have Synesthesia, which is basically where my senses do some crossing over...for example..my letters/numbers/feelings have colors and personalities. What else? Hmm Im pretty accident prone...about 25 knee dislocations, 5 knee surgeries, 2 shoulder dislocations, wisdom teeth taken out, broken arm. I had Bells Palsy, which means half of my face was paralyzed. It went away after a couple of weeks...but what I'm trying to say isssssssss....Weird things happen to me.

1. I LOVE being so tall! It's the best! (Not that being short is a bad thing)
2. I think my knees and their scars are beautiful. They separate me from everyone else.
3. My legs and arms are not proportionate to my torso. They are super long!
4. People used to think I was a super nice angel. I'm truthfully an incredibly violent person.
5. For example, when my dad tries to tickle my feet, I threaten to cut off his arms in his sleep.

Last dance for a while

Sooo, my surgery is in a few days (29th) and today I went to a church dance. I had a ton of fun while i was there.
I danced (slow dance, that is) with a lot of guys. Some of which were actually pretty cute, two were brothers. Yeah, I didnt know most of the guys I danced with, but they were all super nice. A guy even escorted me back to my friends. And so many people got asked to prom while we were there.
I also danced with my brother. We swing danced, though, but it was fun. He taught me how and I finally got it after a couple of times.
He ended up dipping me and spinning me a lot and I had a lot of fun with that. I'm glad I had a fun danc
